These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the lv88luck platform, including the website, mobile app, games, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all related services provided by lv88luck to users in Malaysia.

Payment Method Ownership

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the lv88luck account holder. The use of third-party bank accounts or eWallets is not permitted. lv88luck reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until ownership of the payment method has been verified.

Processing Time

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 30 minutes depending on the selected method. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours after verification. Withdrawals for Diamond and Royal VIP members are processed faster, within 1 business hour.

Bonuses & Promotions

Lv88luck offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer.

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirements before any funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type:

• Welcome Bonus: Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 30x the bonus amount received.
• Weekly Deposit Bonus: Wagering requirements are stated in the respective promotion terms.
• VIP Rebate: Weekly rebates are credited directly as cash with no additional wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

Lv88luck reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and withhold winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim new bonuses or employing betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.

Game Rules

All games available on lv88luck — including table games, live casino, slots, Sports Betting, and e-sports — have their own specific rules that all members must follow.

• The outcome of all games is final once the round or match has concluded.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, lv88luck will investigate and resolve the matter based on saved system records.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a legitimate technical issue recognised by lv88luck.
• For sports betting on events such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL, results are based on official outcomes recognised by the respective sports governing bodies.
• For esports betting covering DOTA 2, Mobile Legends, and CS:GO, results are based on official match outcomes published by the tournament organiser.

Lv88luck reserves the right to void any bet involving significant pricing or odds errors caused by technical or human error. In such cases, affected members will be notified and the relevant balance will be returned to their accounts.

Member Conduct

All lv88luck members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner towards other users and platform staff. The following are strictly prohibited on the lv88luck platform:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology-assisted method to automate gameplay or betting.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the system.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any obscene, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content through any lv88luck communication channel.
• Attempts to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Identity fraud or the use of falsified documents for registration or verification purposes.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all pending bonuses and winnings, and legal action as deemed appropriate at lv88luck's discretion.

Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid balance remaining in your account will be refunded upon completion of the verification process.

• Delays in transaction processing caused by the bank or third-party payment service providers.

In all circumstances, lv88luck's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
